Once you are on the phone with an IT Can Help volunteer, you will be advised to click on the 'Remote Assistance Session' button below to initiate the remote assistance session (Please note a remote assistance session is not available until an IT Can Help volunteer is on-line.)
With your permission, your volunteer can then view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time
