IT Support Volunteers visit clients (disabled people) in their own homes and at other locations. County/District Co-ordinators (CC/DC) recruit, co-ordinate and support the volunteers within the County/District. They also visit clients in conjunction with volunteers or independently. Area Organisers (AO) develop and maintain the Network across several counties, support CCs/DCs in their area and liaise with Steering Group. Our volunteers all undergo Enhanced CRB disclosure checks before they can begin volunteering. AbilityNet will process the necessary paperwork and cover the cost of any checks.
